How is this different from Aftershoot or Imagen? +
While those are great tools (I've consulted for both!), Legacy Lab is built for photographers who want complete privacy and control. No subscriptions for core features, no cloud dependency, and AI trained on real professional work—not stock photos.
Is there a subscription fee? +
It depends on the product. Epic Workflow is free for Patreon supporters or available as a monthly subscription. Insight is a monthly subscription. The Legacy Lab is a one-time purchase, with an optional small recurring fee if you use cloud-based iOS sync. SecondLight is completely free each month up to a set amount, then pay-as-you-go beyond that—no subscription required. LeadLens is a flat monthly fee with no cap on ad spend, and none of your ad budget goes to us.
Can I try before I buy? +
SecondLight is free to start with a monthly reset—no credit card needed. For our other products, most offer a free trial so you can test them with your actual workflow before committing.

I'm a photographer with a background in computer science who found himself consulting for some of the biggest names in photo software—companies like Aftershoot and Imagen—helping them build tools that photographers actually want to use.

Somewhere along the way, I realized something: with nearly 3 million images in my own archive and a deep understanding of both photography and code, I could build these tools myself. Train AI on my own photos. Create the exact workflows I'd been dreaming about.
